Where is the shop located? 

The shop is currently located in Georgia, USA. Prices are in USD.

Will you restock [item]?

Demand determines if I will restock something or not. As of right now most items that I offer will not be restocked. 

My Pin Metal Looks Tarnished? Why? 

Metals like black nickel or silver tend to tarnish more heavily and faster than other types. Polishing these pins with a jewelry cloth or using a bit of toothpaste usually restores the metal of the pin. If you're an avid pin collector, there are specialty cleaners and polishes that are sold for this specific purpose that might be worth investing in, but the ones I have mentioned are more DIY/budget friendly. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SPOT CHECK YOUR METHOD ON THE BACK PART OF THE PIN BEFORE APPLYING IT TO THE FRONT! 

How long will Items take to ship?

Preorder items will not ship until after the preorder period. I will update the status of products on my twitter page. 

Below times are shipping estimates after a shipping number has been confirmed: 

US Shipping: 3-14 Days
Canadian Shipping: 2-4 Weeks
International: 2-4+ Weeks

International Shipping?

I currently offer shipping everywhere on Bigcartel. My alternate storefront is on Etsy.

Etsy Vs Bigcartel?

The prices on Etsy are a bit higher to offset Etsy's fees. If you decide to purchase from outside the US or Canada on Bigcartel I am not responsible for customs/VAT fees. 

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations
Once your tracking number has been confirmed I cannot cancel your order. Please contact me ASAP if you need to cancel, modify your address, etc!

Returns
Sometimes things get lost or show up damaged. If there is a problem with your order after recieving it, or if it doesn't show up after the above allotted amount of time has passed, please contact me ASAP. 

Pin grading unless it was misgraded by me is not plausible for a return. Please review my pin grading policies before placing an order with pins. 

Orders With Preorder + In Stock Items
If you would like your in stock items to come sooner than any sort of preorder item, please make two seperate orders with seperate shipping. Thanks!
